Hawaii Island Goat Dairy

hosts a volunteer internship

program.  We offer room and

board in exchange for work on

the dairy.  You will work

alongside Dick and Heather

experiencing first hand the

operation of a small farmstead

goat cheese business.  You

will help with goat herd

management including kid

raising and kidding.  Take

your shift at milking the does,

making the cheese, and

general farm maintenance.  If

you are not afraid of hard work

and can spend 2 to 3 months
