Currently two types of goat milk cheeses are offered.  Marketed under the name Big Island

Goat Cheese, this soft fresh goat cheese is produced and ready for consumption in 24

hours. This cheese is available in a natural flavor, dill/garlic, macadamia nut basil pesto,

Rocoto pepper, and Chipotle pepper flavors. Big Island Feta is a traditional goat milk feta,

aged in brine and then vacuumed packed.  The majority of the cheese is sold wholesale to

the many fine restaurants and chefs throughout the state of Hawaii.
